On November 20, members from the Council and the Prince of Peace Social Justice and Peace Commission teamed up to prepare food baskets for 95 needy families. Due to the generosity of the Parishioners who donated the food, this was made possible

The Tootsie Roll Drive was held at 2 locations Friday September 30 & Saturday October 1 we were at Save-A-Lot. The Following weekend October 7 – October 9 we had members outside at Shaw’s in Lewiston. We also stood outside Holy Cross Church this same weekend after two masses and collected for a grand total of $1902.18. The council will decided that the proceeds would go to 2 recipients. On December 18, members from the council along with parishioners volunteered their time to help sort and deliver all the Christmas presents collected for needy families during Advent. A total of 95 families were helped including 10 families from SafeVoices (Formerly AWAP), 4 Families from St. Andre's Home ( a home for single mother's who were appointed by the State), 2 Families from The Trinity Jubiliee Epicopal Church and 1 family from the Root Cellar.
